Marcia at Marcia’s Crafty Sewing & Quilting Blog made a beautiful denim patchwork quilt. The quilting is beautiful and her attention to detail is amazing. She put a lot of thought into the design, cutting some of the fabrics she used at an angle to give the design more interest.
She written a detailed tutorial with lots of nice, big photos showing the exact process for creating this wonderful quilt.
Marcia used a variety of fabrics, recycling denim shirts and denim dresses to make the borders of her quilt. I love how soft and cozy her quilt looks. That’s one of the most wonderful by products of using upcycled fabrics, they are usually nice and soft from previous years of wear.

Hi Lisa,
I did reply on January 16th, did you get it? If you don’t see it, maybe it went to your spam file? I just looked at my email and and it went to the bellsouth.net email address that was the return address on your email.
Here’s what I wrote:
Hi Lisa,
Great quilt! Love all the different shades of blue!
Do you have a tutorial posted somewhere sharing how you made it that I could link to and send reader to see?
Or, do you photos showing how you made it?
Thanks,
Susan
