Ever since I started posting about wonderful projects made from repurposed denim, I have been so amazed at the creativity that goes into each and every project. Today’s denim “do-over” is no exception.
Patti cleverly repurposed a pair of jeans her son had outgrown into a drink koozie for a fun Father’s Day gift. She designed it to hold a typical soda pr can sized beverage.
Wouldn’t these be cute for picnics or summer parties?
My favorite part of this project is the pocket. It would make a great place to store away a straw or maybe a half-time snack, ’cause you know Dad’s going to be using this when he’s watching the game!

I should be ashamed to admit this, but I just recently found out what a koozie is. Yes, I’ve led a sheltered life! I wonder how you could personalize these?
lol I couldn’t remember what to call it when I was writing that post! Thank goodness for Google, it helped me out. They would be cute with a monogram! 🙂
