Today’s recycled denim project is a No-Sew project! Whoo, hoo! Love those!
Zoey who blogs at Zoey Quilts created the cutest Denim Rag Wreath using old jeans. I totally want to steal this wreath because it would look fabulous in my upstairs family room that has a denim sofa and is done in a yellow and blue color scheme. It looks like it was made to go in that room! Okay, enough about my decorating desires, you’re going to love this denim project!
Warning: You may want to wear a band-aid or two while making this wreath. There’s a whole bunch of tying-of-fabric that takes place and Zoey wore the skin right off her finger while making her denim wreath. She had to put it away for a week or so to give her finger time to recover. So let’s learn from her and take precautions to save those crafty fingers!
This wreath is a great project to do while watching your fave TV show or a good movie since it takes a bit of time to make, but the results are so worth it!
You’ll find Zoey’s tutorial for making this super cute wreath at her blog here: Make a Denim Rag Wreath from Old Jeans.
