There are so many fun things you can do with the denim fabric scraps left over from other other denim projects. Cyndee who blogs at Restyled Junk didn’t let those scraps go to waste. She created the cutest tags incorporating lots of rugged fabrics like tweed and of course, denim.
You’re going to love what she used for the sections with writing on them–do you see those tucked underneath the denim? She even found a way to incorporate a belt loop or two from her repurposed jeans. Love that!
As I was oohing and ahhhing over these adorable tags, I started thinking how this would also work for making bookmarks, if made in longer strips. Wouldn’t that make a great gift along with a book? Your recipients name could even be written on the little label. Or, how about place card holders for a casual gathering. So many way to use these cute, cute tags!
