Denim Potholder, Oven Mitt and Trivet

By Susan

Here’s a practical kitchen project for your recycled denim, something we all need and use almost daily in our homes: an oven mitt! I don’t know about you but I never seem to have enough of these. They always get misplaced or just wear out from so much use.

You’ll find a great tutorial describing exactly how to make a denim oven mitt from jean fabric at My Recycled Bags here: Make a Denim Over Mitt from Recycled Jeans
