Have you ever made a scatter rug? I haven’t but after seeing this one by Joyce, who blogs at, The Funky Clothespin, I would love to try. Scatter rugs have been made from all kind of fabrics over the yeas so why not make one from those old jeans that no longer fit or are ripped in the knees.
The neat things about this rug is through it will fray when washed, it still looks at feels great underfoot even after a few washings.
I love how Joyce’s rug looks with different shades of denim mixed throughout. It’s a subtle but pretty design.
