Denim Apron from Repurposed Levi Jeans

By Susan

Aprons are a popular sewing project when finding new purposes for old jeans. Kimbo who blogs at Girl And a Glue Gun made this cute denim apron from old Levi jeans and it’s one of her favorites. She wears it whenever she paints to protect her clothing.

Kimbo says, “One pair of Levi yields two aprons. And whatever size pants you are is about the size of apron you would want.”

For this project you also need some cute fabric to finish off the edges. I love the design, especially that adorable pocket.

I have jeans with that same stitching on the pocket. Since I can’t wear them anymore his would be a creative use for them.
