Patty who blogs at How Sweet It Is is a talented crafter and one of her fave materials to work with is denim. Patty said, “I am always on the hunt for things to repurpose around my house. I refuse to throw away perfectly good jeans. So one day I decided to add a touch of beachy elegance with some jeans i had on hand.”
“I took a straw wreath, fabric glue and some starfish I had on hand. Easy peasy.”
Such a cute denim wreath! Love the starfish accents!
Patty has written a great tutorial on her blog showing how she made her wreath, as well as how she made the flower accent and the ruffles. Since this wreath requires no sewing other than just hand-threading a needle & thread through the fabric to gather up the ruffles (all of which Patty explains in her tutorial) I’m adding this wreath to the No-Sew category.
